Mindfulness and the Paramitas Retreats

First weekend of every month during 2024, a mindfulness retreat focused on deepening our understanding and practice of mindfulness and the paramitas, or transcendent virtues. Retreats will have periods of meditation, walking meditation, mindful stretching, body-based mindfulness activities, contemplation, mindful meals, contemplative walks, discussions, and contemplative exercises. Retreats are free and open to all. You can attend in-person or virtually via YouTube Live. Limited number of in-person registrations available and all in-person registrations must attend at least one full day of retreat. In-person retreats will happen at our home in Owings Mills, MD.
