Meditation and discussion for applying mindfulness and the Dharma to our life: to stress, anxiety, depression, world events, relationship issues, death of loved ones, etc. We will use the Pure Conduct of the Arhat as a guide for our practice and discussion. 45 min meditation practice and 45 minute discussion.
