Social Meditation
Typically we think of meditation as an solitary activity of one person training their attention, but in social meditation we are training our attention together. Specifically, we develop mindfulness in working with our body, speech, and mind in social interaction. Social Meditation is perfect for extroverts and introverts. The retreat will have some periods of personal meditation and exercises to practice meditation socially. The retreat will take place at 1615 York Road, Suite 209 | Lutherville, MD 21093
